I have some new information on our upcoming ReShare implementation. After much discussion with Index Data, we believe that we can implement ReShare for our FOLIO libraries over a 10 week timeframe. This is a shorter timeline than I had anticipated, but because we are Index Data customers for both systems, we benefit from a lot of efficiencies. This schedule also allows us to incorporate the four new FOLIO libraries at the same time as the two existing FOLIO systems into the shared ReShare index (Reservoir).

With this in mind, our process will start at the end of May with an estimated go live of August 5. This schedule has some buffer time built-in in August, before the fall semester starts, in the event that we run into unforeseen issues.

FLO will continue to work with Index Data leading up to the start of the project in May, and I will keep you informed as the process develops.
