Hello everyone, FLO will be holding ReShare training for the 2025 Cohort libraries that have recently migrated to FOLIO. Staff from any of our previously migrated libraries are welcome to join this training as a refresher! This will be a condensed training compared to last year's ReShare training and will take place on *Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.* I will send out a Zoom link closer to the training date. We will also record the training for those who cannot attend. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! Hello everyone, This is a friendly reminder that all ReShare instances will be upgraded to version 1.17 tomorrow *February 5, 2025*. Downtime is expected to be from 6am - 10am. We will announce when the upgrade is complete and you can resume using ReShare. After the upgrade, *please complete a hard refresh before logging in to ReShare*. ReShare Testing

Hello everyone, As part of the ReShare launch, we would like to test and make sure that ReShare requests are working as expected. To that end, *we'd ask that everyone (excluding Simmons) please place at least one test request with each FLO ReShare library this week.* You can then follow the usual lenders/borrowers workflow for the test requests in ReShare without sending the physical items. Please place the test requests through vufind (as if you were a patron) so that we can make sure your SSO is working and patrons won't have any issues. *Be sure to add a borrower's note that the request is a test request!* Let me know if your library won't be able to test this week and we can plan on testing when you are available. If you do notice an issue please submit a ticket to the helpdesk. ReShare Go-Live Date and Office Hours

We will send out an announcement on Monday to let you know that everything is up and running and you can begin using the shared catalog. *Please be sure to stop use of ReShare at the close of business, tomorrow, August 1st*. This is so IndexData can wipe test data and get the system ready for go-live. ReShare Testing

Hello everyone, Login information for your ReShare staff accounts was sent out last week. Let me know if you have any issues logging in to your staff accounts. You can log in to ReShare and begin testing from *now until the end of business on 8/1*. Index Data will wipe test data so that we have a fresh system on our go-live date of Monday, 8/5.
