Hello everyone,

As part of the ReShare launch, we would like to test and make sure that ReShare requests are working as expected. To that end, we'd ask that everyone (excluding Simmons) please place at least one test request with each FLO ReShare library this week. You can then follow the usual lenders/borrowers workflow for the test requests in ReShare without sending the physical items. 

Please place the test requests through vufind (as if you were a patron) so that we can make sure your SSO is working and patrons won't have any issues. Be sure to add a borrower's note that the request is a test request!

Let me know if your library won't be able to test this week and we can plan on testing when you are available.

If you do notice an issue please submit a ticket to the helpdesk.
