[Flo-migrations-2025] FOLIO 2025 Core Team - Picking a new date for January

Hello all,

I'd like to pick a new date/time for our Core Team meetings for January onwards as the current time doesn't work for everyone. Hopefully we'll have more luck in the new year. *Please respond with your availability by this Friday, December 13th.*
