[Flo-migrations-2025] LES, MCA, MFA Migration Update - Day 2

Good afternoon all,

Today was a very busy day of data loading and reviewing. We've finished loading almost all data (users, inventory, authorities, and ERM) except for some circ and fines data which we'll be working on tomorrow. We also did some manual loading of ILL checkouts. Depending on how things progress, I might be able to start setting up staff accounts tomorrow. Stay tuned!

*Note on migrated ILLs:* Please note that any borrowed ILLs will have a location of "FLO ILL" and a check in note indicating which library the item should be returned to. For loaned ILLs we have added the user record as if they were a walk-in borrower.
