[Flo-migrations-2025] Kick-off Survey - Please Respond by 10/8

Hi all,

As part of next week's kick-off we'd love to hear from all staff about your thoughts on the upcoming migration. Your feedback will help the migration team (FLO and Index Data) understand where your priorities are and how to best help you through this transition.
