The intake form presents basic customization options with space for you to request more specific customizations based on the unique needs of your library. Specialized customization requests will be reviewed by Index Data to determine what is possible. Some requests might be easy to implement, while others might be possible but require development work and won’t be ready by go-live. We’ll discuss the specifics of these with you as they come up.
Once you have completed the intake form, Index Data will configure your test VuFind catalog for review. During the review period, you can still request changes to your VuFind configuration. Nothing is set in stone if you request a feature on the intake form and change your mind during the review period; however, after the review period, changes may not be able to be implemented by your go-live date. We'll provide more details about the dates of the review period once Index Data has completed the test VuFind catalogs.
