I'm not entirely sure what to do about Circ Anonymization for closed loans with associated fees. If we anonymize these does that mean when we go to a patron account and they have a fee on their account, we will not be able to tell them what the fee is for? Reminder: Lesley, MassArt, and MFA Data Freeze (6/2-6/8)

Good morning everyone, I hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend. Friendly reminder to *Lesley, MassArt, and MFA* staff that your one week data freeze will begin next Monday, June 2nd. Once your data comes out of Voyager any changes made after that point will not be migrated. Please do not edit/delete/add any bibs, holdings, items or patrons during the data freeze. Any circulation will need to be tracked offline. If all goes according to plan, we hope to be able to let you into your new production system sometime in the middle/end of next week. Once we let you in, you'll have the chance to do one final review of your data. Normal workflows will resume on your go-live date, Monday, June 9th. We'll keep you updated on the progress of the final load as it goes along. Note: We will be loading your data directly from Voyager/CORAL to the production system. In other words, if you add anything to your FOLIO sandbox manually at this point it will not come over to your production system. Index Data will be copying over everything in the Settings app from sandbox to prod, so all of the configurations FLO has set up there (locations, notices, user groups, etc.) will come over. Please don't touch the Settings app in either system until after go-live. Hello all, Another friendly reminder that FOLIO permission sets are due soon for all libraries who have yet to go live. *Please notify me when your permission sets have been finalized.* If you have any questions about how the permissions for a particular app work, please let me know. I'm also happy to assign a permission set to a user in your sandbox if you want to test it out. Hello all. Note: This email doesn't apply to Stonehill College staff. I just wanted to let you know that I've updated the footer text for the Voyager OPAC <https://endeavor.flo.org/vwebv/searchBasic?sk=en_US> to warn patrons about its impending retirement. FLO's plan is to retire the Voyager catalog once all libraries have gone live on FOLIO (around June 16th). We'll also be setting up a redirect to the new FLO shared catalog. Office Hours Schedule (for go-live week)

Hello all, We mentioned this during the live trainings, but we offer "office hours" during each library's go-live week. These are two hour blocks when someone from FLO will be available on Zoom to answer questions as you use your new system for the first time. We try to alternate morning/afternoon office hours every day to accommodate different schedules. Notices are emails sent to patrons and slips are printed by staff at the service desk. Please complete the below information by *Monday, May 12, 2025*: *1. Overdue notice and reminder **notice preferences. *You can schedule as many overdue and reminder notices as you need. Reminder notices are sent *before* an item is due. Overdue notices are sent *at/after* the due date.
